Totally forgot to update this! So the morning after the diet, i weighed in at 145.6. Wooo! so i lost somewhere between 5 and 7 pounds. I weigh 145 on the dot right now, gonna try to be 140 by april 8th, which is the day our spring break ends. I feel like i might look a tad smaller, since my highest weight was 159, and im now 145 :) but still not even close to what i want to be!

Day 3 of the 3 day military diet, so the last day! Didnt get as much to eat today, but it was okay. Had 5 saltine crackers, a slice of cheese, and a small apple for breakfast, a hardboiled egg and toast for lunch, and a cup of tuna, 1/2 a banana, and a cup of ice cream for dinner. And around 120 ounces of water. Really excited to weight myself tomorrow morning! i weighed myself around 6 because my mom wanted me to, and the scale said 146.8, so thats awesome! Hopefully its even less tomorrow. For the rest of the week im planning on having a protein drink in the morning, some yogurt or cottage cheese when i get home from school, and maybe a salad with some meat in it for dinner, or just meat and cottage cheese and yogurt. And of course a bunchh of water! Not gonna slip like i usually do, im sticking to this!
Okay so Day 2 of the 3 day military diet. Didnt weigh myself this morning, but my mom did and she said she was down 3 pounds! :D So excited to see my weight on thursday morning! For breakfast, i had a hardboiled egg, toast, and 1/2 a banana, for lunch i had a hardboiled egg, 5 saltine crackers, and a cup of cottage cheese, and for dinner i had a cup of broccoli, 1/2 a cup of carrots (both steamed), two hotdogs (no buns), 1/2 a banana, and a 1/2 cup of vanilla ice cream. Sounds yummy huh! And im almost at 80 ounces of water for the day, gonna try to get to 120 by the end of the day. So overall, very good day! i’m really loving this diet.
I couldn’t wait for one comparing the last time we saw her from her last night!
So here are a couple of my goals for my diet.
- confidently wear a sports bra and cut off shirt at band camp. (end of July)
- confidently wear a bikini THIS summer.
- Weigh 135 or less by prom.
- confidently wear short shorts.
- be able to get my belly button pierced.
- no more back fat/rolls.
- no more love handles.
- nice butt.
- toned legs.
- flat stomach.
- confidently wear belly shirts/crop tops.
- toned arms.
- never having to suck in. ever. again.
I can do this.
So as of today, my measurements and such are as follows:
Height- 5’5” ish.
Weight- 150 pounds.
Thighs- 23 1/2 inches.
Arms- 12 inches.
Neck- 13 inches.
Waist- 32 1/2 inches.
Hips (love handles)- 38 1/2 inches.
Chest- 37 1/4 inches.
Calves- 14 1/2 inches.
Yeah gross, i know. So excited to lose all of this. I’m 14 by the way, turning 15 at the end of June. I took some before pictures, but i wont post them until the end when i get to my goal weight, which right now is probably around 125-130 pounds. Or whenever i start to feel comfortable with my body, I’m more focused on looking good rather than the number on the scale. I’m doing this for me, not anyone else. I’m tired of not having any confidence, and I’m ready to make a huge lifestyle change. I’m making a lot of changes in my life, and this is the main one right now. I’m ready to be confident. I’m ready to be happy. I’m ready to just be me.
Also took a bunch of measurements today, and im going to remeasure on May 17th, and June 23rd (my birthday) :3 measurements include weight, calves, thighs, waist, hips, neck, arm, and chest. Hoping to shrink everything :P Once i lose the weight i want to tone everything up. I really want to lose about 25 or 30 pounds total. So excited!
Started the 3 day military diet with my mamma today! it went really good. had 1/2 a grapefruit, two tablespoons of peanut butter, toast, and coffee for breakfast, 1/2 cup of tuna, toast and coffee for lunch, and 3 oz of meat, a , cup of green beans, a small apple, 1/2 a banana, and a cup of vanilla ice cream for dinner! Yum! plus around 80 ounces of water. usually drink around 160 ounces, so not my best but still good! it’s definitely a lot easier than it sounds. Weighing myself on thursday after the 3 days are over, really excited to see some results! Hoping to lose 15 to 20 pounds by prom, which is around may 11th, and a total of around 25 pounds or more before my birthday at the end of June! Totally doable, and im very determined!
